Meetings

Association Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every other month at 7pm. 

Owner Attendance: Condominium unit owners have the right to speak at meetings with respect to items that have been placed on the agenda for the meeting.

Notification: Adequate notice of all board meetings with agenda items must be posted 48 hours  prior to the scheduled meeting.

Rescheduling: Meetings may be rescheduled but not permanently canceled, and statutory notice requirements apply.

Meeting Format: Video conferencing is allowed, and participating board members count towards a quorum and can vote.
