Our office is open from Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Our line (866) 934-3983 is answered 24/7 for maintenance emergencies. If you have a non-emergency maintenance request, please submit a work order through the portal and/or email amsupport@intempus.net. Be assured that Intempus will provide those services that will enhance and maintain the high standards of your community. Feel free to email our office if you have any questions. Call our office if you have an  emergency during non-working hours or on holidays, weekends, etc. and your call will be routed to the proper area.

If you have any general HOA questions, or need any help, a great resource is to email amsupport@intempus.net and one of our customer service coordinators will be happy to get back to you quickly. They work very closely with the property manager for your community. The team is in contact with your board to ensure all your needs are met in a timely manner.

For your convenience, Intempus Property Management will continue to use CINC Software platform. If you have online login, all the logos and contact information will be updated to reflect Intempus brand. The Mobile App found in Apple or Google store will take about three weeks to update to the new look, but you can continue using it as you have previously. Within the same time frame Intempus Mobile App will be available for download and use as well.
